This account is not a member of the hub. Only two accounts are, and Victor adds them by hand.

Sarah's side

Victor as agent.

Nothing needs you right now.

Wants soon

Sarah's running list of what she wants: sponsors, gear, camps, a car, an introduction, anything. Each with a why, a priority, a status and notes. Both edit; she owns it.

Progress, both ways soon

What she has moved and not moved; what Victor has moved and not moved. Each item has an owner, a promised-by date, a status and a last update, so "where are we on X" is never a question.

Money on Sarah's yes

Deals, season expenses, costs ahead, and a runway view: cash in against planned spend, funded through a date. Tracking only. Nothing here connects to an account.

Clurdy

The coach in the middle.

The weekly slot is not set yet.

Joint room soon

The room you both share. Clurdy runs the weekly state of the union here, keeps the agreements, and reads back the shared map. It never sees either private room.

Before the first session

The charter, signed here by both of you. Then an intake each, alone, and one together.

Private room soon

Yours alone. Check-ins, notes and vent transcripts live here, readable only by you. The database enforces that, not a setting.

Bringing something across

Every private check-in ends with one question: anything here you want to bring to the shared room? A yes writes a journal entry in your words. Nothing crosses by itself.

Journal soon

The shared record: sessions, check-in notes either of you chose to share, the after-a-fight merges, monthly reviews.

Context log

One line for every shared addition, so you both know what Clurdy knows. "Sarah added X on a date." Private additions write nothing here.

Vents: under construction

This screen will hold vent memos. A vent is a voice memo you record when you need to get something out and nobody is listening yet.

When it is built, it works like this:

  • You tap Record and talk, online or offline. The memo saves on your phone and uploads when you are back on.
  • The app turns it into text. The transcript goes to your private room. Only you can open it, and Clurdy reads it only when you are in that room.
  • Clurdy brings it into your next private check-in. It does not answer the vent itself unless you ask it to.
  • Nothing from a vent reaches the other person. If you want part of it brought across, you say so, and Clurdy writes that part in your words for the shared journal.
  • You can delete a vent at any time, and the transcript goes with it.

Until then, record vents in your phone's own voice recorder and keep them. You will be able to upload them here once this screen is live.

Mediator soon

A room you both step into when a conversation starts to slide. Either of you can summon it. One issue at a time, in writing, with a timer.

How it holds the line

Clurdy reads each message before it lands and nudges only its author, privately. It calls a pause when either of you is flooded, and gives each of you a debrief afterwards.

VIX

Sarah as marketing and editor.

Nothing needs you right now.

Projects soon

Video edits, photo edits, design, content. Each with a brief, the raw material as Drive links, a due date, a status and the thread of updates. Victor asks; Sarah accepts, counter-proposes a date, or declines.

Scripts soon

Victor uploads a script; Sarah comments on a passage or overall. Versions kept.

Mission soon

One living page: VIX's goal, mission and direction, so the two of you stay aligned on it. Both edit; history kept.

Suggestions soon

Sarah's ideas and feedback for VIX, each with a status (noted, doing, done, not now) so none vanish.

Progress soon

What was promised and where it stands, visible to both.
